[2:33] Language of the Soul “I knew in that moment, when I heard that message from the soul, that if I didn’t learn the language of the soul and change my life around, I wasn’t gonna be around for another year.” [6:55] Healing Work and Marriage “I didn’t have the strength to leave the relationship. I tried to leave a few times, but I just kept being brought back in because I didn’t trust myself; I didn’t know who I was.” [12:35] The Environment “We are like plants, if we’re in the wrong environment, it doesn’t matter how much water you give it; it doesn’t matter. If you are in the wrong environment, you will not grow…” [19:30] Keeping Life on Radical Alignment “The more intentional we are, the more we’re able to crave from just being, rather than doing, and then it’s just alignment and flow, rather than ‘Is this aligned? Is this not aligned?’” [23:52] The Story of Our Past “You’re narrative is so strong, that they’re becoming that narrative for you. And that’s the crazy thing about manifestation, we’re literally are always manifesting.” [30:15] Into the Dating Scene “To be in a relationship with someone, if they’re not adding value to my life, if they’re not making it better, i’d rather just be in a relationship with myself, because it’s just more fun that way.” [43:08] Honoring Emotions “It was an honoring decision of like ‘you know what, things could be almost it, but we still could honor ourselves and move on’. I got really good at walking away from people who are really amazing…I have to walk away from this ‘cause it hurts.” [1:09:09] Running away “I try not to go back into the past and revisit things that didn’t work out because it didn’t work out for a reason.
